Boys 12-14

Intermediate:

This program is designed for the players aged 12-14. Some previous soccer training experience is needed and more individual "homework" is necessary.

The emphasis is now on perfecting their ”first touch”, through more advanced technical work with the ball, as well as continuing to improve on passing, receiving, shooting and dribbling.
We also teach players advanced “1v1 skills and tricks” to add to their already growing arsenal of tools to use and make them a well rounded player.
Methods of training include small sided games, to help develop a players attacking and defending skills, tactical awareness and transition between the two phases.
